Individuals will provide ambulance billing and support services to multiple ambulance companies. The individual will ensure proper billing and support to clients and patients while maintaining patient confidentiality and while following all appropriate policies and procedures as dictated by the appropriate insurance programs and the company.
To perform successfully in this position an individual must be able to perform all required duties in a satisfactory manner with due regard standard billing practices. The requirements which are listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or physical ability required. Applicant must submit a completed application and required documents in order to be considered for employment. Resumes can not be accepted in lieu of application, However those individuals applying for a position in the Patient Services Department should submit a resume in addition to the completed application. Once an application is received, the applicant will be notified by e-mail that their application has been received and along with any additional information. Upon receipt, a criminal background assessment will be conducted. Applicants will be notified by e-mail as each step is completed. Candidates will be notified by phone once interviewing begins and upon selection, candidates will be required to submit to a drug screening.
